Get those last minutes in today
We're at the end of the first week of the September Exercise Challenge. Participants pledge how many minutes they plan on exercising for the four weeks of the September Challenge and post their weekly totals. If you wish to participate, post how many minutes you plan on exercising over the next three weeks and at the end of each week, I'll request your weekly total. Your starting weight is not necessary, it's not a weight loss challenge, it's an exercise challenge.
