XP-Today is...
I'm gong to be honest, I had to forget about my band and just dance to the beat of my own drum because its just not like gastric bypass, we have to fight FOR EVERY POUND we lose! However, thats why I chose to have the band as just a little back up to help me remember not to just go crazy at buffets like I used to. As you know, the band doesn't even do that unless you have restriction and if you've had my experience, restriction for me just means....constantly getting stuck and sick from eating healthy stuff while all the bad stuff goes down easy! I still don't regret my decision because it helps to be a mental reminder but thats about it... You look great! Hang in there and find your motivation!
