Great post. Excersise is such a huge piece of the puzzle. I started out very slow, walking on the treadmill at a slow pace for 20 min. I gradually increased my duration/intensity. I now jog on the treadmill for 30 or walk briskly on an incline for 45. I also workout with a trainer doing weights 4 days a week. I still haven't come to love working out, but it's become a matter or routine.
