A quick update and some motivation please!!

hi guys, last month i posted that i was suffering from reflux towards the end i could hardly eat or drink and on thursday i finally got my unfill which was heaven complete releif!!
I lost 13lbs in four weeks and after being stuck at the same weight for 2 months i was happy i'm a little worried i am now going to gain my plan is to hit the gym hard this month now my son starts school full time tomorrow this month i want to lose fat and gain muscle so does anyone have any suggestions so i don't go off track and gain my goal is to lose 9lbs by new year as i am having a tummy tuck the first week in january i'm so proud of myself coming this far i don't want to ruin it as i always did in the past!!!

Just keep following your bandster eating and keep up the exercise. I've been empty for several months and am still maintaining my weight. I continue to eat bandster size portions and stick to lots of protein and low carbs, so far so good. Just don't go crazy because you can eat now, have a treat once a week or so and then back to monitoring your portions.

I have to agree with Hislady.  She gave you great advice. Exercise, measure, record, and you SHOULD treat yourself once a week.
