Liquid diet starts tomorrow!!

It really is getting closer! I thought it would drag on. I am so happy to get this journey started. I just got out of a 12 yr relationship and this is my new beginning!! I would love to hear any comments/help/advice on the liquid diet. Thanks

Best advise I have to get thru the liquid diet is to stay hydrated, it helps keep you fuller! It will go by quickly and will be just another step closer to your new journey in life and with your band, best of luck to you!!

6am and I am starving! This is going to be a long day!
