What Are You Eating Today ?

Good Morning Lapbanders !

Yesterday went pretty well food wise , I went off course one time yesterday. My son made popcorn and I had a handful of that other then that stayed right on track food wise and water wise.  I can tell I'm retaining water I drank about a gallon of Crystal lite yesterday and went to the bathroom maybe 4 four times so hopefully the sodium will work its self out pretty soon !!

Breakfast  1 low carb soft taco tortilla (14 grams of fiber in it ) 2 slices of stea**** , 1 small slice of baby Swiss cheese, and 1/4 cup of mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of light mayo.


Lunch -- perfect portion chicken breast and a salad with FF raspberry dressing

Dinner  fish with salsa over top of it ,  green giant steamer veggies, and maybe some cottage cheese .


Snacks  
fruit today for snacks cantaloupe and banana

Exercise
--- not sure I'm really sore from Monday and yesterday's exercise and I got my big Zumba class tomorrow night I might not do anything today and just rest my muscles .

 Good Morning to you to SteelerFan!!  I miss these posts!!

Can't really share much for my meal plan, I had a fill and light diet till Friday! 

Breakfast:  Atkins mocha latte shake

Lunch:  BSN Lean Dessert (cinnamon roll flavor), with skim milk, and SF Turani Vanilla syrup

Dinner:  Thinking a greek yogurt

Snack:  protein shake or s/f pudding

Andrea, what are those BSN Dessert things ? that sounds so good cinnamon roll flavor ? I have seen alot of posters talk about it but I have never seen them in the store .

 They are protein shake mixes, you can get them in Vitamin Shoppe or GNC.  I bought a few samples from Vitalady.  I love the cinnamon roll, choc. candy bar, whipped vanilla, choc. pudding.  Not too crazy about the banana flavored one.  They don't have a (protein shake taste) to them.

And a bright shiny good morning to you, too!

A handful of popcorn isn't too evil of a goof, but Lisa O. can tell you that too much popcorn (hulls, that is) can irritate your esophagus and stoma, so be careful!

My food today:
B: Click vanilla latte protein shake
S: iced skinny latte with SF caramel
S: protein bar
L: leftovers from last night (shrimp, cucumber & avocado salad)
S: a Babybel cheese
D: crab-stuffed eggplant, tomato salad
S: frozen coconut bar

My workout was a 45 minute Brazilian dance class (Zumba style). I enjoyed it even though I forgot to bring my jingly spangled dance scarf.

Early:       Coffee with creamer
Breakfast:  1 egg, 1 1/2 pieces of turkey bacon
Snack:      1/4 C edamame roasted
Lunch:      3 oz bar-b-que pork loin, 7 slices of cucumber
Snack:      Live Smart frozen fudge bar
Dinner:     Taco Salad with ground turkey, baby spinach, cheese, lite sour cream
Snack:      100 calorie popcorn or Live Smart fudge bar
Late:        Decaf with creamer

Exercise:  Curves Zumba

Good morning....oh well it's evening now!!!

B:  Champion Chocolate Whey protein drink, splash of Torani SF PB, 1 cup skim milk

S:  no snack, was in court and it took 3 hours for them to call the case.  UGH, hate wasting productive time in court!

L:  3 oz chicken, 3/4 cup broccoli

D:  1 cup black bean soup, 2 laughing cow cheese wedges, 4 grains first crackers

S:  1/4 cup cocoa almonds

Working til midnight tonight, didn't get to the gym this morning at 5 a.m. because that would have been a LONG day.  Aiming to get back to the gym more steadily when I start my vacation on Friday.  No excuses and I'm interested in trying out some classes that they offer during the day when I am usually working!!!  This would be ME time since I really do love going to the gym.
