NEED HELP FINDING A NEW DOC

I have asked this question before but i will ask again does anyone know the process of changing doctors because i am not happy with my curren dr

Well I guess the first step is to find one fairly close to you that will you as a patient, many won't take another docs patient. Then see if he is on your insurance list and then switch over. Or you could call your insurance and see if they can suggest anyone.

Do you have insurance concerns (I mean, do you have to find someone who will take your insurance?)

If so, you may be able to visit your insurance website and search for providers in your area.

Then, it will be a matter of contacting different surgeons and finding out if they will take you on -- some doctors do not want to take patients they did not perform surgery on -- or they will charge you 'program fees' or other fees to take you on.

You might also try to cross-post this on the Ohio forum to see if there are local people who can advise you.
