A friend of mne who lives in Nashville was shooting a music video here and Jason Cook (former Shawn on Days of Our Lives & currently Dr. Matt Hunter on General Hospital) was here directing it. Saturday was the video release party & I was fortunate enough to have the chance to meet Jason. He's such a sweetie. Getting out of the house and doing things like this is something I would never have been able to do before staring my weight loss journey.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I'm not too far from Nashville (4 hours). Why don't cool guys (and girls like you) ever visit us here? We have great stuff like, um, soybeans and corn and...um...me...

. Now if I could manage to get my picture taken with Jason Aldean when I go to see hime in a couple of weeks I would be a very happy girl. But I am really just happy that I can get out and do these things again.
