What Are You Eating Today ?
I am waiting for a fill and trying not to eat the whole house before then. I have been starving all of a sudden. I just have to make it til Sept. 13!

S-1/2c cottage cheese & greek yogurt w pineapple.
D-Turkey Burger ,steamed veggies
S-yogurt & bluberries
Exercise-21/2 mile walk

I stayed home today because they closed all government offices and I am one of them government workers. Irene was not nice to us here on the East Coast!!! Usually when I stay home I am not very hungry and forget to eat, so I had to work on it today!!
B: Champion Whey Protein chocolate shake, splash of SF Davinci Peanu, t butter syrup, 1 cup skim milk
L: 3 ounces deli turkey, 2 wedges laughing cow light queso, 4 grains first crackers
D: 3 ounces fresh turkey breast, 1/2 cucumber, 1/4 cup tomato chunks
S: hopefully Chobani fat free plain with mixed berries.
