How many carbs to aim for?
Or better yet, how many carbs to limit your diet to? I had my surgery on August 17 and began eating mushies on Thursday. I log my food intake on myfitnesspal.com (love it btw!) and would like to have an idea on how many carbs I should have each day (at the most).
I still don't have any fill.

It really depends on you and how active you are in the exercise dept.
Some of us that exercise alot need anywhere from 60-80 carbs per day . I know for me the days i do my Advanced Zumba with weights if I dont eat at least 60 plus those days then I will get very light headed and dizzy .
The days I dont exercise I keep mine around 40-50 . And even sometimes that is just to low for me and I will get light headed.
It really depends on you though .
