This stinking band!

 My band has made me change so much in my life!  I always push back at change, but the band hasn't given me a choice!  

It has made me change:
1. turning a "blah" marriage into a 100% sound one.
2. buy ALOT of smaller clothes.
3. my level of confidence has SKYROCKETED
4. chase my toddler around for hours.
5. exercise for at least an hour a day and ENJOY it
6. spend the majority of my day satisfied with small meals
7. hit onderland
8. still enjoy the foods I love, but in small amounts.

You dang band!  You know I hate change!

You made me smile!  Congrats on all those blasted changes...! 

You are doing amazing! Keep up the good work!

 I love it! I can't understand the negativity on these boards about the band when I've seen so many have so much success with it and have great lives, your post just reinforced what I see with people with the band. I wish you much success with your stinking band!

I'm so used to Facebook, I was looking for the "like" button! I hate change as well, but this is one change I'd make again in a heartbeat.

Kerry, you and I were about the same size and have about the same goal.  How long did it take you to get to your goal?
