Why won't my ticker icon move?

I'm trying to edit my ticker and the icon won't move.  What am I doing wrong?  I thought I was fairly computer literate.  Maybe not???  Thank you!

That often happens to me. I update it and still it stays the same. Sometimes when I log off the site and back on it updates.

Make sure you saved the change.  Sometimes the save button is kinda hidden below.  I did that once, and I'm certainly not that computer literate.
