Decision made - surgery set!

I'm scheduled to have my lap band surgery Sept 2nd. Super excited and scared at the same time.  Not scared to get the lap band, but scared of surgery as I've never had surgery, ever!   I'm ready to be on the losing side. :)

Congrats on taking that first step! I can completely relate... I was SO terrified that i was trembling feverishly right up until they put me to sleep on that table. But before you realize ur drowsy and in recovry... Everything will go well Best wishes

I think a lot of people are that way.  I even e-mailed my friend what to tell my family if I didn't make it off the table.  It was over before I knew it.  Congrats to you!  We will save you a place on the loser's bench.
