Three months post op and bye bye 40 pounds
Tomorrow is three months since I had my lapband surgery. I am down 40 pounds and that is me doing the happy dance!! I have noticed lately that it is getting harder to stay focused on my weight loss or is it because I have made it apart of my daily life that it just flows?? Does this make sense to anyone?? I'm still eating good, have cheated occasionally, need to exercise more but feeling great all the same. I know this is a journey and I am bound and determined to make it to the finish line. Hopefully by the end of September I will be half way to my final goal!!!
Everyone have a great day!!!!
Everyone have a great day!!!!
All I did for exercise the first 7 months was walking my dogs and moving more.. like unloading the dishwasher one item at a time instead of gathering up a bunch to put away.. hanging clothes on the line instead of using the dryer. parking at the back of the grocery store lot and taking my own groceries to the car and taking the buggy all the way back to the store instead of using the corrals.
Just making those small changes along with changing what I ate (and still eat).. I was able to lose 100lbs in less than a year. I don't know what your wl goal is, but I bet if you kick up the movement, you could duplicate that as well as you're doing now.
