I don't know about you, but I always exercise more when I participate in an exercise challenge.  So now that I'm back from our summer vacation, I'm willing to sponsor one.

You know how this goes.  Or maybe you're new and you don't.
You decide how many minutes you'll exercise each week.  Multiple it times the number of weeks of the challenge and post your total here.  Each week you post the actual number of minutes that you exercised on the weekly reminder posting.  And I'll keep track on a handy-dandy EXCEL document.

The challenge will be four weeks and will run from Saturday, September 3rd through Friday, September 29th.  (Rosh Hashanah is on the 28th and 29th and I won't be posting either of those days.)

I'll go first:  1600 minutes.

So whatever form of exercise you choose, I hope you'll join me.

Okay I am SO in.  This is where I am slacking and now that I am 5 months out that rapid weight loss is slowing down. UGH

So I am being realistic though because I work two jobs, but I also have no kids going back to school, unless you count college.

So I am pledging 920 minutes for the 4 week period.
