how do you down load a before and after picture
If your photo is stored somewhere on the Internet (like at shutterfly, photobucket, a blog, or whatever), do this:
1. right-click on the photo and select Copy from the drop-down menu that appears
2. start a new OH forum thread, and in the body of the post, right-click again and select Paste from the drop-down menu
Your photo should then appear in the message block, and you can add whatever text you'd like to it.
If your photo is stored somewhere local (like your digital camera or your computer's hard-drive), you will need to upload it to a location on the Internet, such as the sites mentioned above or your OH photo album. To upload it to your OH photo album, follow the instructions shown here:
