how do you down load a before and after picture

I'm not that good with computers, but I would like to put a before and after picture of myself on here... thanks

If your photo is stored somewhere on the Internet (like at shutterfly, photobucket, a blog, or whatever), do this:

1. right-click on the photo and select Copy from the drop-down menu that appears

2. start a new OH forum thread, and in the body of the post, right-click again and select Paste from the drop-down menu

Your photo should then appear in the message block, and you can add whatever text you'd like to it.

If your photo is stored somewhere local (like your digital camera or your computer's hard-drive), you will need to upload it to a location on the Internet, such as the sites mentioned above or your OH photo album. To upload it to your OH photo album, follow the instructions shown here:
http://www.obesityhelp.com/content/tutorial7.html. Once your photo is part of your OH photo album, you can do the copy and paste procedure described above to put in a forum post.
