NSV with pics
Hey All,
I was reading Jean's newsletter, which is ALWAYS great, and it dawned on me that since I began this amazing journey, I haven't checked my BMI at all.
I began with a BMI of 50.9
and as of this morning, it is now at 38.6. Now I know some of you are not fans of the BMI for accuracy, but that certainly showed me how far I've come so far.
I need to take a current pic, but here is the only before / after pic I have. I'm down almost 80lbs, but in the after pic, I'm about 60lbs down.

The BMI doesn't tell the whole story, but it's still valid as a way to measure obesity in conjunction with other measurements, and your BMI going from 50.9 down to 38.6 is fantasti****ep up the good work!
