How tdo you maintain your weight without losing anymore??
I have met my goal and am still continuing to lose weight which I dont want to lose much more at all but Im not going to stop working out and Im still eating what Im supposed to(besides teh cheating here and there). Im wondering if anyone knows what the next step is to keep my weight the same without losing it. Does the Surgeon take out some of the fluid? I did leave a message at the office to make an appt. I did see my Surgeon about 3 weeks ago and she didnt really say anything. Wanted to see if anyone else is in this situation. I really dont want to lose anymore and look too skinny which I never thought I would say lol!

If you find that you're still losing and not able to eat more, I'd suggest a small unfill.
Good luck!
For me it is just matter of relaxing. I put butter on my potatoes, if there is sauce on my food, I eat it, I have desserts if I eat out. I have cake with my coffee if I call into a coffee bar while shopping.
My portions are still small but i no longer worry quite so much about choosing a low cal option.

I attend Weigh****chers - and their maintenance plan basically has you increase your calories by about 200 per day --- and assess your weight at the end of the week.
If you have lost -- you add 100 more calories per day
If you have gained, you cut back 100 calories per day
They do this for 6 weeks --- helping you to adjust and 'add/subtract' until you get to a place where you maintain
I now fluctuate between 150 - 155 (my WW goal is 155)
Personally, I weigh daily at home --- if I see 156 on the scale, I cut back for a few days, increase my water intake and cut out all liquid calories. That helps to take me back down to 152 - 153 within about 3 days.
It is important to me to not let my weight get out of control again ---- so that is how I stay vigilant.
