In Need of Band Friendly Crock Pot Recipes
1 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken (I use breast meat)
1 package dry italian dressing mix (I use good seasoning or something like that)
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
1 package fat free cream cheese
1 can fat free cream soup (chicken, celery or mushroom)
Place the chicken breast in the crock pot, mix the water and dressing mix pour over the chicken cook on low 6 - 8 hours until chicken shreds with 2 forks, add the soup and cream cheese and cook for another half hour.
this makes the chicken very tender and I put about 3 oz over green beans, I fix rice for the rest of the family. It also freezes well, and reheats well.
