Food Talk Discussion
It's amazing to me when out of the blue I eat a food and it seems to be growing in my mouth. Ok, I really apologize for that....I'm not one to discuss TMI topics! lol
I've always had consistent restriction but right now I feel very loose....hence I try a new food today....Gourmet Nut Veggie Chips...not happening but I can eat 6 oz salmon or hamburger without an issue.
You?

You know, I hesitate to answer a question like this because my answer may have changed by the time I finish writing it!
At one point, I couldn't eat ground meat (from any critter), but I could eat steak.
Now I can eat ground meat (from any critter), plus steak.
I used to eat a lot of cottage cheese (I happen to like it) but kind of OD'd on it. When I tried it again recently, it was a no go.
Banded life is certainly interesting, isn't it?

Each day is different. Over all? I can eat Egg Beaters but not eggs, a burger is harder than steak, I can eat lasagna with the noodles but not spaghetti. I can eat some bread but never a bun, for some reason I can't eat canned salmon, or canned beef both of which I have a ton of because I canned it myself. There is no real rhythm nor reason. It just is. Of course then we have individual days.......
Glad to see others have this same problem!!! Things like cottage cheese and pudding can be tricky. One minute great, next time not so great. Interestingly, I have excellent restiction with these items compared to things like chips (I know bad) and frozen non-fat yogurt. Now, corn chips are a no go. Tortillas of any kind not going to happen. Steak usually okay, burger not so good. Bread is complicated. A few small bites are okay. Even veggies can be tricky sometimes. Like raw veggies. Broccoli,.......one piece can "fill" me up! LOL. I guess I could go on a protein shake and broccoli diet!
Chicken is another iffy thing for me. I know I am not too tight, nor do I really have restriction. It just depends on the food and how it goes down.
