So I have incorporated some running in my evening walks because I wasnt feeling like I was getting anything out of the speed walking... so my husband and I started running some of the time during the walks.

OMG... my poor boobs are killing me!

So I just blew my budget on two high impact sports bras from Academy and and going to give running another try tonight... anyone have some ideas to keep these monsters under control?

Because I am about to wrap duct tape around me if this doesnt help!

A great spots bra is worth gold and costs gold! You have to spend a TON to get one that does great. For a while I was wearing two of them to try to keep things safe! LOL. With me breastfeeding my daughter right now I cannot wear a sports bra because it causes me to get breast infections. They are too tight and clogs the milk ducts (sorry if it is TMI). So, I am doing the elliptical for right now. Good luck!

I know this may sounds funny, but I have heard of people wearing an extra wide acewrap wrapped over their sport bra to hold everything in place.

I, too, have BIG girls!!! The Enell sports bra is the ONLY bra that works for me. I found a few at a great price on Amazon. You really get what you pay for when you have large breasts. Unfortunately, I have not found cheaper options that give the same support and control!

Good luck in your search and congrats on stepping up your exercise to include jogging

You have my sympathies. My breasts are only DD and they hurt enough.

BUT -  at least you can wear a bra for boobies.

I attempted a short run yesterday (at work, in a hurry) and had to stop as my butt fat was flopping around and hurting so much. No bras for butt cheeks!

and I need one for my upper arms.

Actually, they do make stuff like that.. it's called compression wear.  But probably not comfy to wear all the time.
