me too Steelerfan...Somedays I should just stay in bed and NOT move!!! If I'm sleeping I'm not eating!! How can we get back on track? I need to say screw the carbs...I also don't feel any restriction. I get hungry A LOT, like my stomach growls and I try to drink a glass of water to see if that helps, 30 min its still growling, I'm gettin something to eat...very disappointed...some days I wish I would have done things differently, but I chose this for a reason...Any help would be great!!!
