do you like oatmeal?

I tweeked a recipe for baked oatmeal..I love it...
3 c. dry oat meal
1 c. 1 percent milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. splenda (recipe calls for brown sugar)
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt (I omit this too)
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinn.
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup rasins, blueberries, rasberries (any diced or small fruit or nuts)
Preheat oven 350 degrees, melt butter, stir in splenda, vanilla,eggs. Add oats and fruit or nuts (or both). Add all dry ingred. Stir in milk. Por mixture into a lightly buttered or sprayed 9x9 pan. You can top it with extra fruit. I also top it with 1/4 c. dry oatmeal and a drizzle of Fat Free/ Sugar Free pancake syurp... Bake 350 degrees for 45 mins. ****il knife inserted in center comes out clean) enjoy hot with milk..
I cut it into 12 small pieces..It is very good. Not sure how to figure the nut. values but I only eat this 3 times a week. My hubby takes the rest to work..enjoy...I hope this isn't bad for us bandsters...

This is what caloriecount.about.com says.. amending it to 1/2 cup of blueberries and 12 servings, and I got it to include the milk this time. :)

Lisa O..I used white splenda.. I didn't have the brown..The nut. facts are above.. It is kinda like a brownie texture (sorry) sometimes mine stays in one piece and others it sorta crumbles..but either way it is gooood..."Lucky"

you are missing out on something very tastey..Maybe if you used some extra milk in the bowl.. You don;t eat it dry...Sorry you can't enjoy....Lucky

I love oatmeal but have been trying to stear clear of it. It just doesn't satisfy me for long enough. I really wi**** would though. I wonder, does this recipe have you foraging in an hour or two or are you satisfied for a few?
