Back on the BANDWAGON again!
Well, I have not been on here in over a year! Alot has changed in my life. I moved to another state with my fam and got pregnant and had a baby girl She is now almost 5 months. Some of you are my FB friends so you have "kept" up with me. Now, I am in need to lose the 40 pounds I put on while pregnant. So time to put the big girl panties back on and suck it up. Yes, I could go get a fill, however, at 3.5 in a 10cc I know I can lose the 40 pounds because I was there with that same amount once before. I need the support I had from here once again as I think that helped me stay accountable!
I am outside of Alsea, about an hour and a half or so from where you are. How are you doing? Congrats on your baby!! Right after I had my daughter I was right back to my original weight, then, I put on the weight after having her....I know due to not working out and eating a little more than I should. And some bad things as well!
I tend to like the "c" word...........bad bad bad!

Welcome back!
You know, it's not about the number but how you feel. As your weight changed, 3.5 may be different this time around. Use the 3 questions to determine if you need a fill or not:
1. Are you hungry between meals?
2. Can you eat more than 1/2 dense foods at a meal?
3. Has your weight loss stalled?
Use the tool so you have the optimal advantage. You know what to do!
Congratulations on the birth of your daughter!

Oh I know I could use a fill, however; there are certain times I enjoy being able to eat a little more. A lot of my family does not know about the surgery. This allows me to do things at functions without them really knowing about it. I want to see where I can go in the next month without a fill. If I am losing okay then I am going to keep progressing for awhile without another fill. If things start to get too tough, then I will go in and get one. Thanks!!! She is a wonderful little girl and just got her first tooth today!
