140 pounds????

 I went yesterday for a slight fill, as I lost most restriction suddenly a week and a half ago.  The doctor said that is completely normal because I had lost 16 pounds since my last fill.  He said every fifteen pounds a person might need a slight fill. 

Anyway, they were really happy with my results so far.  He said that he sees me at 140 or 150 by my 1 year anniversary.  I couldn't believe that a doctor actually said that was a possibility for me.  I never would have dreamed I could EVER be that low.  If I do not make it, I will be fine.  If I could lose another thirty I would be THRILLED.  It was just nice to know that 140 is in my realm of possibility.

Congratulations!. You are doing a good job. I think the thing that awed me the most in that period was that I finally had possibilities. It had been so long that I was brought to tears many times. It still hits me today and I am so grateful for the gift I have been given. Enjoy!

That is normal   and losing 100 pounds is 100% possible!  I had my surgery just under 11 months ago and I have lost 93 pounds as of this morning!  So I will hit the 100 pound mark berfore my 1 year anniversary.  I exercise a lot and that has been the key - follow the eating rules as best you can & you will do great!
