Happy Hump Day!!!  This is the last day of summer break for my 2 oldest kids.  They go back to school tomorrow!  I think we are going to just hang around the house today and get things ready for tomorrow.  I struggle on days when I am home all day, but I am going to try and stick with this eating plan...

Early: Coffee
B: Click Protein Shake
L: Chicken and cheese roll-ups
Snack: Everything crackers (from TJ's, they taste like everything bagels)
D: Spinach and Feta Chicken Burgers (no bun) and broccoli

Workout:  Since I will be home with all the kids and my 2 nephews I will have to use the treadmill today.  Hoping to get in a 3 mile run/jog.  But we'll see how the day goes.  If not, then I may be able to go for a run once my hubby gets home.

Breakfast: coffee with ff coffeemate and benefiber, 1 scrambled egg, 2 T shredded cheese, 1 T salsa and 1 turkey sausage patty

Lunch: 3 oz grilled chicken breast, 5 green olives, 1 T mayo and 3 slices wasa bread

Snack: 1/2 cup blueberries

Dinner: 4 oz grilled pork chop, 1 C fresh sauteed spinach with garlic

I hate the week before my period nothing taste good , and I just have the munchies all the time *sigh*.    And Im just in a funk with weight loss right now .

Breakfast     2 eggs and 4 oz of steak

Lunch           cheeseburger patty on a slice of bread  and a salad

Dinner        spare rib , baked potato , green beans

Snacks      fresh fruit mixed

Exercise.   Shampoo carpets today I just dont feel like Zumba tonight

Early - Coffee w/ Splenda & FF Half & Half 

Breakfast - 2 eggs, bacon bits, sprinkle of shredded cheddar, chopped onion

Lunch - tuna lettuce wraps, fresh fruit salad

Dinner - Lamb chop, salad w/ balsamic, cole slaw


Workout - going to Costco and lugging 7-8 cases soda for an event I'm planning.  Hoping to get to the gym today as well.  I need motivation..

I'm in a rut but trying to get by...
I was given my 4 weeks notice at my job so I'm in the process of looking for a new job... anyone need a Bariatric Coordinator/ Bariatric Nurse???!!!  LOL.  anyway...

early: Grande Starbucks iced coffee lots of skim milk and equal

b: Breakstones 100 calorie cottage cheese in blueberry flavor, a wedge of fresh cantaloupe

l: 1 cup chicken noodle soup and a scoop of tuna salad from work and a few cucucmber slices

d: some pot roast and mashed potatoes and green beans

lots of decaf iced tea all day and water

no jog today... i have my last Bariatric Seminar tonight  .  I'm going to miss this job.

all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

nope POLITICS!  The other group that works out of the hospital that i worked at did not like the fact that the other group (my docs) did my surgery..... the other group did not want to work with me so i was let go...

Hmmm...sounds like wrongful termination to me. I'd be off to my attorney's office tomorrow.

I had my first fill today so on liquids! 

B:  Atkins Vanilla advantage shake
L:  Campbells Tomato Soup
S:  Atkins Chocolate Shake  (the vanilla and chocolate are the only kinds we can get in Canada - maybe need a trip to Buffalo!)
D:  Not sure yet - but likely some kind of soup.......

Exercise: Gym 1 hour (1/2 cardio, 1/2 weights)
                  Evening walk - 3 miles.

Reading all your posts is making me even hungrier!

snack:      Vanilla Activia Yogurt with walnuts and blueberries
Lunch:       1/3 of a stuffed salmon, baby lima beans
Snack:      Babybell cheese (light)
     Curves Zumba
Dinner:      Taco Salad (with ground turkey) with mixed spinach greens
Snack:      100 calorie popcorn or an Atkins protein bar
