Gaining.....
No! It's not a loosing battle for sure. Are you excersising? If not, I highly reccomend you start. It's just vital for weight maintainance. Are you watching refined carbs? Things that are made with white sugar and/or flour. Are you writing down everything you eat? Journaling may really help get you back on track. 14 pounds is not the end of the world for sure, it's great your ready to make some changes now, before it gets really out of control. Oh, another thought is do you need a fill? If your finding yourself hungrier than u used to be I would talk to the surgeon. Hope this helps and good luck.

I joined Weigh****chers (for the millionth time, it seemed) at about 6 weeks post op.
I wanted to get to my WW goal, and use their program for the rest of my life to stay at/near my goal weight.
I need to accountability of weighing in periodically (weekly when I can, monthly for sure).
I could not eat according to their program for a long time (too much food) but now that I am at goal, and I get a smaller points allowance --- I follow their plan -- focusing on protein and produce.
I don't think that gaining is inevitable --- I would go back to tracking and drinking plenty of non-caloric fluids and exercising.
