fills

I have read several posts that say a fill can take some time to kick in. So I am wondering if anybody has had my experience and wondering if this is normal also.  I had my fill 2 weeks ago. I did the day of liquids and a day of soft and worked my way up. That week I lost 5 pounds. I was never hungry and I had to force myself to eat because I wasn't hungry. The average day I would drink my 2 protein shakes as per my NUt. I was suppose to eat three meals also. I couldn't. I ate lunch 1/4 cup of cottage cheese and a bite of pineapple or peaches.  Dinner I could eat about 2 oz of chicken.  I thought I would give it a few weeks to see how it went. This week I seem to be able to eat my three meals. Breakfast one egg with peppers and broccoli, lunch 2-3 oz of Tuna on 1 slice of bread, and a bite or two of veggies, Dinner 2 oz of chicken and 1/4 c of veggies.   So did I just of a lot of swelling the first week? I still am not really hungry much.  This week I lost 1 pound.

I have the same experience after a fill ... initial increased restriction and after about one week, it loosens up a bit.

Sounds like you are doing just fine. As far as loosing "only" one pound I think it was a balance because of the 5 pounds you lost last week. Keep up the good work!

Thanks! I am thankful for the 1 pound. I just wasn't sure if it was ok or normal to be tight the first week and then loosen up.

Yes, when you lose weight, you lose weight everywhere.. even around your stomach.  :)  That's part of the reason it seems looser.
