Getting back on track and needing to share..

Ok, so my summer has been cRaZy.  Had in-laws visit for a week, went on vacation, and my grandmother passed away all in a two month span.  I have pretty much been stress eating and have not only hit a stall, but have gained 3 lbs. I have barely had time to breathe, much less exercise.  I know that I have nothing to blame but myself-not my band, not my family, not my job.  It has been working fine, but I have been under so much stress these past few weeks.  So, mainly I am posting this to help myself recommit to my health and my weightloss goals.  Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

Sorry to hear about your Grandma.

I imagine before the band your gain would have been a lot more. This process is for life and normal people gain and lose.  Recommitting is the way to do it!  Just take it one day at a time.

With the stress and business you have had I think you need to give yourself a big pat on the back for not gaining more! Just relax and begin again with one thing at a time. Don't try to do everything at once then overwhelm yourself. Good luck, Sue

I think that one of the blessings of the band is that yes you may have a crazy, stressfull, life is crazy period, but the gain is small compared to what it might have been before the band. Your here, you've posted, take a deep brreath and keep on pluggin away!
