Hello I am joining because I am currently wanting to have the LB done. I have to see a Nutritionist for 8 weeks . I went to my appt yesterday I am 319 lbs. I have also joined weight watchers at my job. I hope to lose at least 20lbs on my own. while I am waiting

Have you checked out the "State" Arizona board here on OH? Looks like there is some activity there recently.
