Wheaton Franciscan and Elm Brook and AETNA problems

 hi all, had surgery march 23 had been approved now receive a bill from Wheat Fransican.
Anyone have this problem?

What is the bill for exactly?

 Wheaton said AETNA would not pay it and so it is the patient, AETNA said Wheaton reneged and appeals would be exhausted, then Wheaton said it had already gone through appeals and the patient would have to fill out papers and appeal, a supervisor at Wheaton said 
we would have to have a conference call with AETNA however I am waiting to hear from AETNA.
Wheaton did not give me as of yet a detailed bill for this.
