What annoys me are people who don't know the difference between to and too.  Another one that irks me is when people don't know the difference between their, there and they're.

I hate it when I am in an elevator here at work and the elevator stops at the second floor to pick up people who have been on their smoke break which now makes the elevator you are in stink.  Also, please cover your nose or mouth when you cough or sneeze.   Also, if the elevator is full, wait for the next one to come instead of squeezing yourself in.
