Stuffy nose meds needed

I am banded and am always nervous to take any meds...
does anyone reccommend a medicine i can take for sinus?

I take Good Sense Allergy Relief. The pills are very, very tiny, which might be helpful if you're nervous about them getting stuck in the stoma.

I take them every day and they seem to help a lot. And they're cheap! I used to have a presciption for Allegra and another medication and a nice pharmacist told me to simply take Loratadine... 10 mg.  It works the same and costs A LOT less.
