I am starting a new challenge for myself!

I have become obsessed with weighing myself.  Everytime I pass a scale I weigh.  I have even paid a quarter in a public restroom to weigh.  Pathetic I know!  I have been trying to challenge myself more and more every couple of weeks.  This whole process is like a game to me.

I have set a new goal of 9 pounds in30 days.  It might be a little much, but I want to see what happens.  I am also starting a new exercise challenge.  I am putting the scale away for 30 days and exercising everyday regardless of what excuses I try to invent.  I just think it would be rewarding to hop on the scale at the end and see a new number.  I also am taking measurements to see if I have more toning at the end of the 30 days.  My husband is going to hide the scale somewhere that I will not be able to find it.  I just hope I do not go out and buy a new one!  LOL

That's great you are challanging yourself. 9 pounds in 30 days if a little lofty, but doable. 3 pounds every 10 days would be fantastic. That's great you are going to workout- it's a huge piece of the puzzle. Good luck!
