I rose from the dead today!

Starting day 3 on the liver reduction diet  & I already feel an ENORMOUS improvement in how I feel!

1)  My joints weren't tight when I woke up,

2)  I realized I had slept through the night (with the exception of one potty disruption).

3)  My ankles are normal size again.   AND...I walked the mall 2 hours lastnight!

4)  Woke up at 6:30 refreshed.  Normally I force myself out of bed on the weekends & only get as far as the couch.  Have already done 3 loads of laundry and organized my closet.

5)  My feet don't hurt nearly as much as usual (I have neuropathy).

I AM LOOKING SO FORWARD TO MY NEW LIFE....CHALLENGES, SET BACKS AND ALL!

THIS FEELING, I'M SURE, IS JUST A SAMPLE OF HOW AMAZING IT FEELS TO SEE THE SCALE GOING DOWN, THE SIZE GOING DOWN, THE BLOODPRESSURE GOING DOWN, THE SUGARS GOING DOWN, AND THE CONFIDENCE GOING UP!

Scheduled for lap band surgery August 11~Can't come soon enough!

In Him & through Him.

You are ON YOUR WAY to a healthier life.  Congrats to you. And you do seem to realize there will be challanges, set backs and slips. So you have reasonable expectations.  CONGRATS!
