These are pretty good.  Many of the protein bars have too many carbs.  I also like the wafer texture which is different from most protein bars out there.  I ordered a box of 12 (Peanut Butter Fudge) from Amazon.  I think I paid around $20.  Thought I would share...

When I need a protein bar I get the Atkins Advantage they have 240 cal. 19 gr. protein 1 sugar and 2 g. net carbs. I get the chocolate peanut butter. at Target for under $7.... for a box of 5. I like that  it has alot of protein and little sugar...

I love Power Crunch too.  I won't eat any until after my banding though, because I know if I ate one now, I would likely not stop at just one.

they look/sound really good.  Can you only get them online, though?

I originally discovered them at 7-Eleven.  I've also seen them at CVS.

See now my NUT and surgeon are against protein shakes and bars.  They told me to eat "real food" without all of the chemicals that come with those.

My surgeon prefers me to eat "real food" as well.  My NUT doesn't agree.  I'm also not supposed to snack AT ALL, which some days is just impossible.  So, once in awhile, when I need something, I figured these were the best bang for my buck, so to speak...
