did I think I'd hear my doctor tell me not to get "too skinny"!! Went for a check up yesterday. Lost 6 pounds in the last 8 weeks....the weight loss is definetly slowing down....so when he asked how much more weight I'd like to lose...I told him 20 lbs. He told me 10 is enough....not to "go crazy!" Wow! Who would've thought that 8 months ago I'd have ANYONE telling me that! What a great feeling!! Also didn't need another fill....haven't gotten one for almost 4 months.....seems to be working with 5.5 ccs. I love my band!!!!!
