It's TUESDAY - What are we eating today???

Hey All,
I haven't been great in my meal planning (plus my TOM is coming), so I need to do this.  Who's with me?

Early - Coffee w/ Splenda & FF Half & Half

Breakfast - Hi Lo Protein Cereal, Unsweetened Almond Milk

Lunch - Grilled Chicken, Salad w/ Balsamic Salad Spritzer, Mango

Snack - orange

Dinner - Trader Joe's Bacon Wrapped Mahi Mahi, sauteed brussel sprouts

Gym - 45 min elliptical, 15 min free weights

Good Morning!

Early - Atkins mocha latte shake

Breakfast - packet of oatmeal

Having a fill today, so protein shakes and soup for the rest of the day!

Lots and lots of water!

Coffee

Breakfast= Greek Yogurt

Lunch= 3oz southwestern grilled chicken with fresh salsa and 2 T Lite Ranch  and some cantalope

Dinner= having a Morningstar spicy black bean burgery, 1/4 c green beans ( family is having spaghetti & sauce )

I work 7pm-7:30am shift tonight, so :

10pm snack cheesestick

3am meal    : steelcut oatmeal with PB

? 6am snack if I'm hungry a Greek yogurt

I have to get groceries after working, family is coming from Texas Wed afternoon, so I will do last minute cleaning and then try a sleep a little before they arrive.  I hope work isn't crazy busy.

*Missed everyone!  Been on an Apalachacola, FL vacation for 9 days...wonderful!

Early:          Coffee/creamer
Breakfast:     2 soft cooked eggs and 2 turkey bacons (my dogs helped a bit)
Lunch:         Cottage cheese with walnuts, pears, and splenda, and Activia yogurt
      Curves Zumba
Snack:         An Atkins bar or shake
      Curves Zumba
Dinner:        Stuffed Salmon, corn, salad or asparagus
Snack:         An Atkins bar or shake


*Got to get "back on track" after vacation.  Ate (and drank) all the wrong things on vacation.  But thanks to my band, I didn't eat and drink all I wanted:)*

Tami, Your able to have corn with no problem? That is one of the things I can't eat at all. I love corn!

Joined the gym yesterday. I will workout 1 hour tonight

ab coaster I love this!
