On my Way- Insurance approval is in the bag

I got the word today that my insurance has approved my surgery. Not that I had any doubts but I was just overly excited waiting for it.  Now I have an even bigger smile on my face today. 2 classes left and then watch out..

BTW.. this is my first post. I love this website. Been reading post and getting even more excited. Cant wait to post when i get my date.

Good for you on getting the approval.  I remember how happy I was when I finally got my approval (it was a bit of a battle with getting denied at first.)  Congratulations and keep up the positive attitude.  Keep us posted on your progress.

Thanks ladies. I'm SO excited. Started this back in April. Between pats.. Classes and testing it's almost time. Very very excited. : )

Congrats! You will be surprised how fast it will go now, just keep on top of what you need to do, sometimes the Dr. office is busy and you have to keep asking what do I need next?
 I started in November 2010 and now have 2 days to go and get my band.

Everything moves so fast after that approval. My doctor's office literally called me a week after and scheduled two weeks later. The difference are amazing and I wish you the very best luck!

My surgery authorization came through this week too, I am just waiting for a date....hoping for mid Aug. We will begin the rest of our journet together

I am in Buffalo, it was 88 at mindnight lastnight. Unheard of! Stay cool.
