NO ENERGY

I am becoming extremely aggravated at the fact that I have absolutely NO ENERGY AT ALL. Ever since I got my first fill a few weeks ago I dont have the energy to do anything. I barely make it to the gym and am late to work quite a bit because I cant get myself out of bed in the morning....WHICH IS NOT ME!.... Its actually put me in a pretty depressed and unhappy mood. I just dont get it, ever since my fill I cant even find the energy to get out of bed. One weekend I slept from 10pm one night until 2pm the next day and then went to sleep at 8pm that night. I am not usually this way and Im sure its because of the food difference but I do everything the way im supposed to and now all the sudden I feel like I have cement blocks on not only my feet but my eyelids.

Did anyone else have a problem like this? I find it hard even staying awake while driving the 30 mins to and from work! I need to get out of this slump so I can go to the gym again.

Are you being careful to always get a minimum of 65g of protein a day? Are you taking your multi vitamin? If the answer to those things is yes, I would make an appointment with your pcp.

I have gone through similar times but mine are usually related to either mold allergies, a fibromyalgia flareup, or depression. It really needs to be looked at.

I hope you get to feeling better shortly, Sue

Map your intake for a few days to make sure you are getting enough protein and calories.

If you are and still feel tired all the time, I may not be food ( I.e. Band ) related. Iron deficiency? Stress? Allergies? Weather?

But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,

I already made an appt with my pcp. When we spoke on the phone she said she doesnt think it has anything to do with my band or anything. I take iron daily and get my protein in. I still have the achy body and still tired all the time. She thinks that it is more stress and depression than  anything and that meds or a psychiatrist would be a good option. Hopefully something will work because I am really not liking this phase of everything.

also review all the meds you are on via the internet and with your doctor. I had overwhelming exhaustion from a cholesterol med. I though I was just getting older. I almost quit my job, and stopped doing things I liked. I'm off the med and feel great.

Could it be mono or a mono flare-up? They happen sometimes.

I also have no energy and it was suggested I was depressed, and the other suggestion was to increase my exercise.

As of right now i am not on any type of meds besides the vitamins i take daily. Also i was working out two hours a night about 4-5 times a week. Now I can even wake up in the morning or stay awake while im driving. It is a very drastic change from before the fill and after the fill
