ABLE TO EAT TOOOOOO MUCH

SINCE MY  UNFILL ON 07/08 I BEEN ABLE TO EAT AN I REALLY DONT LIKE THIS CAUSE I I HAVE BEEN WATCHIN WHAT I EAT BUT I ABLE TO EAT TOO MUCH AT ONE SITTIN INEED FOR  THE 28 TO COME QUICK



QUESTION WHEN IS IT SAY TO WORK OUT CAUSE I HAVE  BEEN WALKIN SINCE I HAD MY SURGERY ON THE 28 OF LAST MONTH BUT IM READY TO SWEAT

If you had surgery on the 28th of June which was last month why did you get a unfill on the 7/8 ? that is what only a week after your surgery ?

Also you are not allowed to do any kind of aerobics or toning till six weeks after your surgery or that is what most docs say that is what mine was. I was not allowed to exercise till my six week check up .

You really have me confused on the unfill part though .

WELL THE REASON FOR THE UNFILL ON THE 8 WAS BECAUSE I HAD A  NO NO MOMENT ON THE 4 AN I KEPT GETTING HEART BURN SO WHEN I WENT FOR A CHECK ON THE 8 THE 3 CCS I HAD THEY REMOVE IT AN SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN REALLY WATCHING WHAT IM EATING UNTIL I GO FOR MY FILL ON THE 28

okay gotcha now :o) !!  When you go back in on the 28th he will clear you for exercise :o) 

He will tell you to take it slow and if you have any pain to slow it down or quit for another week and try again.

I stayed away from the ab work outs till I was about  3 months out.  It hurt to much especially the port area .

I have to tell you I was able to eat what I wanted and as much as I wanted till I had about 9 ccs in my band.  So it's not uncommon to be able to eat too much.  The key is to try not to...I know it's easier said than done!!!

I have to measure out my meal, put it on my plate and stop when it's done.  I even try to leave one or two bites and throw them away. 

IF I'm still hungry after 20 or 30 minutes, my nurses say I can have more veggies.

It's a battle, but we're strong.. you can do it!!
