This Band Vet Nees Advice

I've had issues with my band every since I was unfilled after my pregnancy. I also was experiencing moodiness with the band, some days I could eat just fine and other's everything would get stuck and I'd PB. I finally went in and got an unfill. They wanted to start from scratch, so I let everything settle for a few weeks and I just got a fill today. I am hoping it is better this time.
One thought is that maybe hormones play a part in the band's tightness. I know around that time of the month my band does seem to play games. I'm assuming you're around 37 because of your screen name, but they say that our hormones start doing weird things in our late 30's. Just a thought.

Tami, I am actually 41 now, WAS 37 when I joined OH.  LOL  I guess hormones COULD be a factor.

I hope your unfill helped you!!

I would almost bet that the microwave is the problem.  The only way that I can eat leftover is by heating it up in a ziplock bag, then the leftover is not dry but any other way and it is not a pretty picture.

I have been doing my best to avoid the microwave this past week.  Meanwhile, I bought a cheap shake mixer to make protein shakes for lunch at work.  Hopefully, it all works out!  Thanks for taking the time to comment!

You can also do meat and cheese roll for lunch...great protein without doing shakes everyday...just a suggestion.
