I hate my f***ing scale. I have followed my diet, exercised and am up 4 lbs. How on earth is that possible? I don't want to hear about pms, bloating, etc.
I hate that my husband expects me to clean the house, watch the kids, cook the meals, go to work three days a week, do all the laundry, do all the shopping, etc. He acts like I am on a paid vacation because he works full time and I don't. NO, I didn't have time to clean the house. I spent the day running the kids around and chasing them when we got home.
I hate that when I am concerned about one of our children, my husband (and my mother in law) brushes it off. Like I am a neurotic nut...n My two and a half year old is getting evaluated for speech and they act like it's nothing. He is a little slower and has nothing else wrong. But the pediatrician thought it would be good idea.
Thanks for starting this forum. I am new here. I am married with two boys (2 and 6 years old) and have been banded since 3/18/11.
I just needed to vent this morning.

And my friend just says "you chose this" when i feel down. :( She says the same thing when i'm having an off day with my band, too. ****** me off even more.

Our neightbors are very nice ppl, but they yard is so DAMN dirty. One time we called the city about some rats that were running acrosse our back yard to goto next door. When they showed up they started looking around our property and said our grass was to high. The grass had not been cut because of rain. I said we don't have rats they do next door. Even showed them where they were going and everything. I said well Im going to bait around my property and was told that I couldn't because next door had dogs and the wild rabbits. Now that really pissed me off.
Today their roof over the front porch is about to collapse. There garage door won't close so you can see all the trash that is stacked in their. They don't bring up their garbage cans until its time for trash again. They have 2 freakin chickens jumps the fence and ****s all over our back yard. Their dog keeps getting loose and chillin on our front porch, because its so hot.
But let our grass be just a tad to high, the city is always coming over and wanting to cite somebody. They just pass up the the house next door. City says well you have to tell us, Well Hell Im telling you now... SMDH
Thats my RANT for the day
S/N - they have 4 freakin dogs that bark all night

Darn cars - our family van is having engine problems (265K miles on a Forn Windstar - not a shock). Hubby has been using my Jeep and today the ingition tubblers are stuck so you can't start the car. Now it's home along with all of us (I'm recovering from gall bladder surgery). Tomorrow it's getting towed and fixed for about $150. After spending $900 to get my gall bladder out I don't need another $150 coming out of the budget right when the kids are heading back to school.
Thank goodness my kids are all about going to the thrift stores to get clothes and don't ask for brand new big name clothes. Now if only they weren't so loud!
The Chief supervisor I have at my job acts as if he has never done our job before (he started out at the same job as I have) and will not lift a finger to help. We are short staffed and like a lot of people we are doing more with less and he is oblivious to it all. I have walked by his office and seen him cleaning his nails, reading a book and standing by his window and looking out of it. A couple of weeks ago I went by his office and found him reading the Good News Bible while we are reenacting the scene from the Ten Commandments where they are trying to turn straw into bricks! I am glad that he likes the Bible but on work time out in the open where he knows the stressors we have. CLOSE THE DOOR, GOD WOULD NOT MIND IF YOU READ IT IN PRIVATE AT WORK OR ON YOUR TIME AT HOME. I have NEVER heard him ask if he could be of some help to any of us and others have commented on it too. On day last week a couple of us threatened to go into his office and look out the window with him.
We were having a difficult day at work and me being me I went him and asked him to help with something that was not difficult but would take him some time to do. He flat out said NO before I could get the request all the way out. Then he said "I have not done it in so long I don't know if I could." I caught myself putting my hand on my hips and almost said "MF you wrote the damn procedure!" but I did not feel like getting fired that day.
Thanks for the fest Bette, I had been holding on to that for a while!
