It was our One year anv !!

Well its been one year since my hubby and I got our lapbands on July 16th. he has gone from 338 to 277 . me 222 to 161. we are happy with our results and proud thank you bands. I wont say its been all easy, but like everything in life you take the hard time with the good. we feel so much better more energy and clothes its amazing shopping for size 10 instead of 24 and med not 3XL. hubby had gone from 52 to 46 and 3Xl to Xl. its wonderful

Keep up the great work you are both doing !!! It's not a easy road but like you said its worth it in the end !!
