Jean,

My friend, you have been with me on this journey the whole time. If only you knew how much I waited for Friday to read your menu and recipes for the next week!  We do indeed share the same philosophy. There is this realization that YOU are responsible for YOUR success and no one else. WLS is truly what you make of it. It doesn't solve the problem. It gets you set to solve that problem on your own with a little help. Thanks again for your support on my journey.

Tom

PS: I am looking for a bicycle tattoo for my leg. I have found nothing I like at this point.

Tom,Congrats on your bandiversary and thanks for sharing your WLS success tips. You already know we're in the same "band" camp and share the same philosophy, but I especially appreciate the succinct way you explained your success tips.Best wishes for continued success.JeanP.S. - I thought of you at the OH event here in Seattle this weekend because I found myself studying the unusual tattoo on a woman's leg and after several furtive glances finally realized it was a bicycle derailleur!
