My first noticeable NSV!!

It amazes me that losing 32 pounds could make such a huge difference for me. We went boating today with some friends and I had the best day. I had no problem getting on or off the boat. Also when it was time to leave where we were docked and head back to the marina I didn't have any trouble getting up the ladder from the water and back in the boat. Before I have struggled to get back in. I always have a knot in my stomach when I get out of my comfort zone because dragging a extra 100 pounds out of the water and up a ladder is difficult. Today was a breeze. Awe...the little things

I too have lost a total of 25 pounds and went boating yesterday. I still had anxiety on getting back into the boat. almost to the point of not going or getting out at all. I had more ease with the ladder and didnt need someone to pull me in or break a kneecap by the way I am used to getting in. So that's my NSV too!
