I've had my band now for 3 months. I have 1.5cc in my band and I don't really have much trouble with foods (I don't even try to eat thick breads cause I'm a chicken)  For some reason the first solid food that I eat of the day is really hard for me to get down.  I can only eat a few bites and then after a few hours I can eat just fine only alot less...  Is this normal?

I have issues withbread sometimes. So I can understand that. I am always able to eat a little more earlier in the day and less as the day goes on. Guess it all depends on your body and your metabolism. Maybe because you eat more later your body doesn't need as much early.

It's very common to be tight in the morning. Before I had a large unfill I could only do a proien shake for breakfast.

I was told in the morning if you have trouble to drink a warm bup of tea or even just warm water.  It helps soften the band so you can eat.  I never really had any probs so I actually never tried it.

I have to drink room temp water to loosen it up.
