There's no such thing as a Minor slip, Seg. Please consider your long term health.  If you're having the left shoulder pain, it means that something... the band, tubing, inflammation... is irritating your Vagus nerves. And once those suckers start feeling irritated, they tend to STAY that way. Take it from someone who knows and still has the left shoulder pain almost 6 years after band removal... it's not fun.

I am sorry that you are going through all you are. 

I know you are hoping for a "quick fix" but from the sounds of it, you have very severe symptoms that have not resolved from an unfill.  I am betting that your band will be removed so that your esophagus and stomach can be relieved and heal. 

No good surgeon will revise or reposition your Band if your stomach tissue is in such distress.
