Really Bad Monday

what is magnesium citrate?  is that like milk of mag?  I think I have some of that.  I have always had issues w/ this stuff and my PCP a while ago said to take some of that w/ a little bit of crystal light to flavor it.  OH that **** is NASTY!!  works, but NASTY!!!!

No it's not like milk of mag. Its like a clear liquid. Google it. They carry it in a glass bottle at CVS and Walmart. It tastes a lot better than milk of mag!

I was starting to think i am the only one. I have been to the gym, walking the dog.  I will be stopping today to get some Miraliax.
