Saggy skin
It depends on the person. It depends on how over weight you were, how long you were obese, how old you are, and genetics.
I was 200 lbs over weight, I was obese for about 20 years, I am 40 years old. I still have about 50 lbs to lose. I am saggy. It's the worse on my stomach but I also have sagging on my inner thighs, butt, and upper arms. I am enjoying the new me and don't really care much about the sagginess. I would rather have the sagginess, than the 200 lbs of blubber hanging off me. Beside you can't even tell when my clothes are on.
Dang, if you have saggy skin, I'd like to know where!!! You look GREAT! I was overweight since I was a child of 5 - and didn't really lose a large amount of weight until 2004. My arms sag like CRAZY, my thighs and I have saddlebags that won't quit. I also have like a "knot" underneath my left knee (it's like a pocket of fat and I'd like to eventually get it removed - like all other parts of my body...) but I guess it is in the area of a main artery so there are some docs that don't want to touch it, but for me to wear pants like you have on, it shows and I get embarrassed...I love losing the weight, skin and all, but I can't wear short sleeved tops, I like over the elbow - so that's my sad sob story for the day! :) Just wanted to say you look so AWESOME...how cool is that!
My doctor told me that a good barometer of whether or not skin would recover from weight loss was if an area has stretch marks. Apparently stretch marks occur when skin fibers actually tear or break. Once that has happened, the skin will not "snap" back. I don't think that's to say that as long as you don't have stretch marks in an area the skin WILL recover, it still may not. But, from what I've been told and read, stretch marks are a pretty sure sign that that skin is not going anywhere.

I agree with everyone elses comments. It depends on the amouunt of weight you lose. Also the elasticity of your skin which can change by age. In my case I now I will have saggy skin that will need to be removed. Some insurances cover it and some don't If they do it's usualy approved due to health problems caused by the extra skin.
